Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Methods: We currently only offer standard shipping options within Australia. The shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be calculated at the checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

3. Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are determined based on the weight of the items, the selected shipping method, and the delivery location. The shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before the payment process is completed.

5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and location of your package through our designated courier's website.

6. Delivery Issues: While we strive to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.

7. Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to redirect the package.

8. Returns Due to Non-Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery or an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Collect Instore: If you would like to collect from us directly please select "Pick Up" at the checkout and we will email you when your order is ready to collect from our Manly, Queensland Warehouse (33 Yamboyna Street, Manly Qld 4179).
